Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping: estimated delivery in 7–15 days — free.
- Expedited Shipping: estimated delivery in 4–6 days — $19 USD.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays or an incorrect/incomplete delivery address.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking or order-status link. Tracking may take a short time to begin updating after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery address
Please check the delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email kiokbusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.
International orders
Where applicable, import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
